Revivaseal Limited Warranty
Integrated Paving Concepts Inc. hereby warrants to the RevivaSeal Customer that RevivaSeal will be free from manufacturer’s defect for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase subject to the warranty limitations and warranty conditions set out herein.
Warranty Conditions
The foregoing warranties are subject to the following conditions:
- All applications must be completed by the RevivaSeal Customer following the precise application procedures and instructions provided in the installation guidelines.
- Improper preparation of the surface prior to recoating and application will revoke the warranty.
- For warranties to be valid, a RevivaSeal Warranty Registration must be submitted online or through mail within 60 days of the coating purchase. Either mail in the registration form or submit your registration online at the revivaseal.com website under the warranty section.
- The RevivaSeal Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by impact or exposure or contact with any foreign substance or any other mistreatment of the paved surface.
- The RevivaSeal Limited Warranty does not apply to coating failures caused by pavement breakdown such as asphalt stripping, edge chipping or spalling or cracks caused by pavement settling.
- Manufacturer’s defect will be determined by using ASTM procedures to test a retained sample of the batch and comparing the results to the standards applicable at the time the batch was produced as set out. These standards may vary from time to time as new products are developed and released. Tests will measure properties such as abrasion resistance, adhesion, color stability under UV exposure and flexibility.
- All warranty claims must be notified to IPC in writing within 30 days of discovering any defects. Warrant claims can be forwarded to:

Warranty Exclusions
The foregoing warranties are exclusive of any of the following conditions:
- Improper preparation of the surface prior to recoating.
- Damages to the coating due to natural causes, including but not limited to floods, lightning, hail, windstorms, cyclones, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, or other extraordinary or unusual events.
- Damages to the coating due to plant or weed growth and animal life.
- Color changes in the coating as a result of normal weathering, atmospheric and service conditions.
Warranty Limitation
The liability of Integrated Paving Concepts Inc. under this warranty will be limited to the replacement of the defective RevivaSeal Coating. Integrated Paving Concepts Inc. will not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages incurred in connection with the purchase and subsequent use of a StreetPrint® surface.
PROPER CARE AND USE OF STREETPRINT SURFACES
It is important to care for the driveway surface properly to ensure it retains its appearance. The following should be observed:
- Do not spin tires or turn the steering wheel of a stationary vehicle while on the RevivaSeal/StreetPrint® surface.
- Clean up oil and gas spills as soon as possible after occurrence.
- Avoid activities which could result in gouging of the surface.
- Should the surface be gouged such that the coating is penetrated, touch up the areas with RevivaSeal Coating as soon as conditions permit.
- The length of time before recoating will vary depending upon traffic levels and the amount of abrasive material which collects on the surface during use.
